Billing
Overview
Our billing system is based on actual usage time (by the hour or by the minute depending on the product) for under 28 days, and caps at a flat monthly rate (cf pricing tables) for usage above 28 days.
Resource Types and Pricing
1. Deployments

Deployments are billed per container instance (replica) according to their size and their usage time. Each size has a defined hourly rate and a corresponding monthly flat rate. Usage time starts from the moment a deployment reaches the Deployed status.
Any deployment that reaches the Deployed status is billed for a minimum of one hour.
If a deployment reaches its desired replica count or Deployed status but later crashes due to an application level issue, billing continues until the user fixes the service or deletes it.

NB: A container in Error status is billable because it still has resources reserved and our system continues trying to restart it.

The minutes used are billed accordingly to the price grid above.
3. Block Storage (Volumes)
Volumes are billed based on their allocated size and the duration they remain allocated to your account. Each volume is priced at a flat montly rate of 0.10€ per GB per month, where a month is defined as 28 days (672 hours). This corresponds to an hourly rate of 0.000137€ per GB per hour.
4. Object Storage (Buckets)
Buckets are billed based on their stored size over time and duration they remain active. Each bucket includes a base allowance of up to 50 GiB for a flat monthly rate of 1€ per month. Storage usage beyond 50 GiB is billed at 0.025€ per GiB per month. The hourly rate is calculated by dividing the monthly cost by 672h (28 days).
When a bucket’s size changes and crosses a pricing threshold (for example, from 50 GiB or less to more than 50 GiB, or the reverse), each usage segment is treated separately according to the pricing tier that applied during that period, using the corresponding hourly rate. This ensures that both duration and storage size variations are accurately reflected in the final bill.
Free Tier
Complimentary usage is offered to our customers every month in order to allow new users to try our services without paywall. Those ressources are:
- 1 Container nano
- 1 Container mini
- 1 Volume with a maximum size of 5GB
- 1 Bucket with a maximum size of 5GiB
The “Free Plan” users are strictly limited to those.
To allow more flexibility to “Unlimited Plan” users and allow a fair usage of those complementary resources, in some cases the resources usage can be aggregated.
We can see it as offering “a month worth” of said resource rather than strictly one unit of the resource.
Example
An “Unlimited” user uses a 2GB volume for 300h and a 1GB volume for 400h, they will both aggregate into the free resource “ Free volume max 5GB”.
The same behavior is applied for each category of free resource.
