Manage configs

USAGE:

   levv configs [OPTIONS]

COMMANDS:

   create      Create a config from a file, or "-" to read from stdin

   ls, list    List configs

   rm, remove  Remove one or more configs

   help, h     Shows a list of commands or help for one command

OPTIONS:

   --help, -h  show help
